I'm Serhii Boiko — developer, security engineer, architect, and tech lead. 10+ years building high-load systems for others. Now channeling all of that into a new journey: building products that earn money while I sleep — solo, in public, from scratch, with minimal effort and minimal budget.

I believe you don't need a team or a pile of money to ship real software — especially now, when AI lets one developer do the work of five. You need curiosity, discipline, and the right tools. The goal of this journey is to discover what it takes to build a profitable product from zero — and share every part of it: not just the how, but the why, where to focus, and what to skip.
